 With the MyVu Crystal Personal Media Viewer or video glasses you are able to see things around you and not be totally enclosed so you can actually be out doing things and at the same time have a video or a movie playing. I tested it out on the streets by asking people to guess whether I was paying attention to them, or to watching the video that was playing in my MyVu SoloPlus Media Glasses, only 50% of people guessed which one.the fact that you are able to engage in fairly vigourous activity and still watch the video, opens up the possibility of using them while at the gym out and about exercising, or even just pottering around the house doing various mundane chores.
